The Gulfstream G650 is a twin-engine business jet airplane produced by the Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. The model is designated Gulfstream GVI in its type certificate, and may be configured to carry from 11 to 18 passengers. Gulfstream began the G650 program in 2005 and revealed it to the public in 2008. The G650 is the company's largest and fastest business jet with a top speed of Mach 0.925. The G650ER is an Extended Range version of the G650, certified in October 2014 and capable of flying 7500 nautical miles (8600 mi; 13.900 km) at Mach 0.85.

The Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) is the world's largest military air show, held annually over the third weekend in July,
usually at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire, England in support of The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust.
The show typically attracts a total of 150.000 to 160.000 spectators over the weekend.
